Recipes - Instant Pot Creole Cabbage

1 head Cabbage, large chop
1 lrg Onion, sliced
1 bulb of Garlic (~8-10 cloves)
3 whole Bayleaf
2 tbls Spice Krewe Seasoned Salt
2 cups Chicken, Beef, or Vegetable Broth
1 tbls olive oil

(optional) 1 lb bacon and 1 lb smoked sausage

Set instant pot to saute.
Cook bacon until browned. Remove bacon and set aside.
Add olive oil.
Chop cabbage, onion, and garlic then add each to instant pot.
Add Spice Krewe Seasoned Salt.
Continue sautéing for 4-8 mins until onions are lightly caramelized.
Pour in broth.
Add smoked sausage. 
Replace lid on the instant pot.
Make sure the valve is set to sealing, cancel sauté mode and set to pressure cook. Set time to 20 mins. and press Start

Once finished, toggle the pressure valve to quickly release the steam (be careful, steam is hot). Once depressurized, remove lid, crumble bacon and add to pot.
Stir, serve and enjoy. 

The flavors continue to build over time and get better each day.
