Return & Exchange Policy

Spice Blends:

Spices cannot be returned if the package has been opened. This is because spices are perishable products and may not be safe to use after the package has been opened. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of spices, please contact us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your shipment. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 10 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.

Other Merchandise:

All other non-perishable products (ie: shirts, hats, and other merchandise) can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
